Eucalyptus Essential Oil:
This powerful oil not only has anti-inflammatory properties but it can help cool down your mind and body by boosting your circulation and regulating your internal body temperature. Eucalyptus works to help alter your brain’s perception of your body heat, which will bring it down.
Spearmint Essential Oil:
Not only does spearmint smell amazing, it also provides soothing, refreshing and cooling benefits to your mind and body. The minty oils (using methanol) is a potent ingredient that can also help naturally combat headaches and fatigue.
Peppermint Essential Oil:
This oil can provide an icy cool effect, hanks to the methanol in it. It tingles your skin and works to bring your body temp down, the same way spearmint essential oil does. Menthol can trigger your brain receptors into thinking your body is cooler than it actually is.
