• Processing orders typically takes between 1-2 business days, please allow for up to 2-3 days processing during our our peak holiday business time which is November to January.
• Happy Spritz wants you to love your purchase + we will do our best to ensure you are completely happy with your products. Should there be anything in the way of total satisfaction, please let us know, however, each Spritz is handcrafted we only accept returns and do not accept exchanges at this time.
• Processing orders typically takes between 1-2 business days. We ship to Canada from California during the Spring-Fall seasons only.
• Shipping speed can vary. We ship International Ground but we have no-control on border delays due to inspection or any other border hold ups.
• Duties are not pre-paid and we do not have control over Canada duty amount for any order.
MY ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED / RECEIVED DAMAGED:
• Please contact us via Email at: email@example.com or through our Contact page to report missing or damage orders. If the product is damaged during transit we will require documentation so please be prepared to e-mail photos of the damage that occurred so we can forward these on to the courier.
Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges for any returns as these are paid directly to the carrier. Happy Spritz does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Contact the courier to discuss your lost package.
Our mission is to spread happiness, so returns for any reason are honored within 7 days of your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the refund process.
Pack it up, and send it back. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in original packing and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept large order returns of $150+

Contact the courier to discuss your lost package. If you're order was a part of a subscription purchase and you received free shipping on your order, we would then deduct original shipping costs of that order ($8.50-$15), you would be responsible for return shipping costs as well.
We do not accept returns on subscriptions that have not been cancelled before shipping.
RETURN TO SENDER:
• If the courier attempts to deliver your package and it is not picked up or delivered due to an error in address or any other issue that is out of our control, and the order is ultimately returned to sender we will make a partial refund once we receive the order. The full shipping price will be deducted (if you received free shipping, we will deduct the charges we received when shipping your order). We also issue a $5 return processing fee so we can inspect and place the items back into inventory. A new order will need to be placed to receive a replacement order.
