• Processing orders can take between 1-3 business days but please allow for up to 4 days processing during our our peak holiday business time which is November to January.
• Happy Spritz wants you to love your purchase + we will do our best to ensure you are completely happy with your products. Should there be anything in the way of total satisfaction, please let us know, however, each Spritz is handcrafted we only accept returns and do not accept exchanges at this time.

• Please contact us via Email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or through our Contact page to report missing or damage orders. If the product is damaged during transit we will require documentation so please be prepared to e-mail photos of the damage that occurred so we can forward these on to the courier.
Our mission is to spread happiness, so returns for any reason are honored within 7 days of your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact: email@example.com to begin the refund process.
Pack it up, and send it back. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in original packing and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept large order returns of $150+
