Terms + Returns
Processing orders can take between 1-3 business days but please allow for up to 4 days processing during our our peak holiday business time which is November to January.
// For International Orders: Please allow up to 14 days (depending on shipping method chosen) for your order to arrive. Usually, it will arrive sooner, but customs do have the right to hold items and if this happens it is out of our hands. We do not pay for any international duties that customs may charge the recipient upon receiving goods.
// Happy Spritz wants you to love your purchase + we will do our best to ensure you are completely happy with your products. Should there be anything in the way of total satisfaction, please let us know, however, because each Spritz is handcrafted and made to order we only accept returns and do not accept exchanges at this time.
MY ORDER WAS NOT RECEIVED / RECEIVED DAMAGED:
Please contact us via Email at: firstname.lastname@example.org or through our Contact page to report missing or damage orders. If the product is damaged during transit we will require documentation so please be prepared to e-mail photos of the damage that occurred so we can forward these on to the courier.
It's our main goal to make you happy so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us for a full refund. You will need to send us an email to: email@example.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
All returned items must be completely unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
