2018 Giving Partners: Love Leo Rescue & Muttville Senior Rescue
We are proud to announce two of our 2018 Giving Partners: Love Leo Rescue based out of Southern California and Muttville Senior Dog Rescue based out of San Francisco/Bay area.
Every month we will be posting one adoptable rescue that we have sponsored from each rescue.
Muttville works to rescue senior (aged 7+) and special needs dogs from high-kill shelters around the Bay Area. They also offer end of life hospice care for dogs that do not have much time left but don't deserve to spend the rest of their days in a cold, noisy shelter. Senior animals are unfortunately the first to be euthanized at government ran shelters merely due to their age and not health so Muttville steps in to save them. We will announce our Save a Senior dog on our Instagram account and blog each month.
Love Leo is a Southern California based rescue who are dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating abused, injured, abandoned and forgotten dogs. They provide medical care, training, and other services to these animals to make them ready for adoption and forever homes. Many dogs they rescue require complicated surgeries and costly medical care.
