APRIL SAVE A SHELTER DOG SPONSORSHIP | MEET LONNIE

Our April Save a Shelter Dog Sponsor is a 3 year old, blue eyed Husky/Shepherd mix named Lonnie.

She had been at the San Bernardino Shelter (which is an extremely HIGH KILL shelter) since March without any interest. She was hidden in isolation due to a "fearful" label from the shelter (who wouldn't be fearful in that environment?!). She had zero chance of being adopted and was at high risk of being euthanized any day so Love Leo Rescue added her to their family and we were so happy to sponsor her release.
