June Save a Senior Sponsorship: Meet Maxwell

Meet Maxwell, a handsome 12 yr old Goldendoodle from San Diego. His previous owner was elderly and could no longer care for him so Muttville stepped in and gave him a home before he was sent to the shelter. 

Maxwell is the very definition of a “good boy!”

He knows his basic commands – sit, stay, etc – and walks very well on a leash. Maxwell sees no need to rush things – he loves taking slow, meandering walks around the neighborhood. He gets along well with dogs and humans, and has even had a cat friend or two who would come to visit occasionally in his previous home. He doesn’t beg for human food, but he does enjoy the occasional popcorn snack!
